This Privacy Policy explains how Citryn (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Citryn CRM service at https://app.citryn.com (the “Service”).
When you connect your Google account, we request access to Google Business Profile data using the Google OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage. This allows us to read and display your Business Profile locations and performance metrics inside the Service. We do not access or request your Gmail, Contacts, or Google Drive content as part of this integration.
We use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features of the Service. We do not use Google user data for advertising, data broker activities, credit-worthiness decisions, or training AI/ML models.
We store OAuth refresh tokens and account identifiers securely to keep your connection active. We retain connected data while your account is active and delete it when you disconnect your Google account, close your account, or request deletion. When retention is no longer required, we delete or anonymize the data.
We do not sell Google user data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as hosting and database providers) and only as necessary to deliver the Service.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for targeted advertising, resale, or other unrelated purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including restricting access to authorized personnel, encrypting data in transit, and securing stored credentials.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time. To request deletion of your data, email citrynmarketing@gmail.com.
If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this policy and notify users via email or in-product notice, and obtain consent where required.
